Although I felt like I was being annoying, neither Carson or Scott ever acted put out by me or my particular questions and concerns, even when we stayed after closing time. “ Salesman were great Sales Manager were as well as Finance my biggest issue were finding more than three things wrong with the vehicle service didn't do a good job checking the vehicle main thing one of them was the handling of the vehicle find out they passed it with tires was in the wrong axle because they were staggered wheels after bringing it back find out that one of my shock leaking on the rear when I brought back to fix it things I asked to be fixed I were very disappointed that the vehicle wasn't properly inspected before it went up for sale have to speak the truth service needs to make sure vehicles are properly checked! ”

“ Worst "car buying" experience ever!! I will make sure to spread the word on this joke of a dealership. Our "salesman" Charles, was very pushy, while looking at the vehicle, and very rude when we told him that the jeep was not safe for the road after my wife took it for the evening to test drive. My exact words were "This jeep is garbage" and that seemed to offend him. I have owned jeeps in the past from CJ's, YJ's TJ's etc. and I noticed some of the common jeep issues and I pointed them out. This prompted him to push different warranties and rust proofing over and over again. We took the jeep home for the evening, and had the jeep inspected at the mechanic shop where my wife works. After their inspection, they HIGHLY advised against the purchase of the vehicle due to many issues that made the jeep unsafe to be on the road. If this vehicle was passed by the Sundance inspection team, I, personally, wouldn't trust a single vehicle on that lot. Very bad experience, would not recommend!! ”
