“ Worst "car buying" experience ever!! I will make sure to spread the word on this joke of a dealership. Our "salesman" Charles, was very pushy, while looking at the vehicle, and very rude when we told him that the jeep was not safe for the road after my wife took it for the evening to test drive. My exact words were "This jeep is garbage" and that seemed to offend him. I have owned jeeps in the past from CJ's, YJ's TJ's etc. and I noticed some of the common jeep issues and I pointed them out. This prompted him to push different warranties and rust proofing over and over again. We took the jeep home for the evening, and had the jeep inspected at the mechanic shop where my wife works. After their inspection, they HIGHLY advised against the purchase of the vehicle due to many issues that made the jeep unsafe to be on the road. If this vehicle was passed by the Sundance inspection team, I, personally, wouldn't trust a single vehicle on that lot. Very bad experience, would not recommend!! ”

“ I went there to look at a truck I was interested in and the sales person Dominic Landon was interested in what I was driving. So I let him check it out . I gave him one of my key fobs and I had the other one in my pocket. After they checked out my vehicle they didn’t return my key fob. I left with no deal on the truck I was interested in and with out my other key fob. I called Dominic and asked him to send my key that he didn’t give back. Here it is a week later and no key. I called and he said I will overnight it. Here it is 24 hrs later and no key. I would avoid doing business with this dealership for the lack of them not returning my key fob. ”
