The prices listed on the vehicles in your lot are far below what the final payment ends up being, and this is hard for a new car buyer to navigate when trying to purchase a vehicle within a budget. Also, I sat for over 3 hours waiting to finalize the paperwork and purchase of my vehicle while the salesperson tended to two other customers who took their attention simply by being more demanding and rude, which left me sitting for hours, waiting. It seems like it would be more efficient for one salesperson to handle one customer at a time. ”

“ Highly recommend going ANYWHERE but here. Charles seemed to think he could push a sale no matter what the vehicle was like. After having the jeep inspected by my own service department I work at, it took no less than 10 minutes for the guys to tell me to take it straight back and turn around. The brakes were going out, there was a knock, and apparently his only way to solve the rust issue was to rust proof the vehicle.... you can't rust proof something that's ALREADY rusted. If this vehicle was actually inspected by the service department at Sundance, they would have never had it on the sales floor if they knew what they were doing. I also don't appreciate the snotty response from Charles when I said we were going to refrain from buying. Just because he wanted to make an extra buck, my safety clearly wasn't a concern. Do your self a favor Charles, don't start your sales with a text message that looks like a 15 year old wrote it saying "I am really good at my job." This definitely not the case for you sir, you should probably try elsewhere for work. Sales might not be your cup of tea. Also, once you send a response being rude, pretty sure you should stop trying to make a sale with us, not suggest in person that we can work it out. You showed your true colors immediately when we decided against the vehicle before we pointed out the issues. DO BETTER SUNDANCE... HIRE BETTER PEOPLE... HAVE BETTER STANDARDS! ”
