Shaheen had told us that our issue had to do with our tires when in fact it was to do with the transmission fluid that needed to be updated with the new fluid that GM recommended it be replaced with. Called Sundance and talked with Joseph B, told him what was going on, he was upfront and honest with me told me we may have to pay to change the fluid but would see if it would be covered under the warranty as we had almost 50,000 miles on our truck.
